Who is Alan Zimmerman?
Zman has been around.
After surviving the corporate world for close to thirty years, I have found my true love -
Real Estate. That is not to say I didn't have a good time and enjoy success in other areas.
Some of my experiences:
  • Negotiated a $15 Million R&D contract with a major U.S. company.
  • Sold expertise and technology to fortune 500 companies.
  • Managed Professional staffing for a 10,000 employee technology driven
    company.
  • Served as vice president of a consulting firm in the Washington D.C. area.
Well, you get the idea.
I can honesly say that I enjoy real estate as much or more than anything I have done.
It just took me a while to find it.
To let you know a little more about me, here are some other things I really, really like
that involve community service:
  • Helping out as a volunteer for the Challenger League (mentally and physically challenged kids) baseball league each spring.
  • Working as a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Associtation and helping organize the "memory walk" and golf tournament.
  • Working with my Rotary Club to assist in various community service efforts.
  • Assist in fund raising for the Habitat for Humanity program.
  • Teaching fourth graders about the principles of business as a volunteer Junior Achievement instructor.
  • Collecting food stuffs for the Community Action Committee for the benefit of abused wives and children.
What I love is my wonderful wife and three children and of course, Mac the Scottish
Terrier who thinks he runs the household.
Did I mention that I really like real estate and will spend a lot of time on it for you so that
we get the job done right?
